There are a few main sections in the tapioca processing plant, including the separation and concentration, dewatering, drying and screening section.
In the separation and concentration section:
The starch milk is driven into the de-sander by the starch pump to remove inorganic impurities such as mud and sand, enters the first stage disc separator, and then enters the second stage disc separator. The main function of the first lane is to remove the protein. The second one is concentrated to meet the requirements of dehydration in the tapioca processing plant. After the above process, the starch milk basically complies with the requirements of the finished product, and the following is the dehydration and drying section.

In the dewatering section:
The concentration of starch milk from the disc separator is generally 18-20oBé. After centrifugation, the water content in the starch is reduced from 60% to 38-40%, and the water of the dehydrator (between 1% and 5% of starch) Continue to return to the disc separator for concentration, and the wet starch is sent to the airflow dryer for tapioca processing plant through a screw conveyor.
In the drying and screening section:
The airflow flash dryer uses saturated steam to heat the air through the heat sink, and the hot air heats the starch to achieve the purpose of drying. The whole system is in a negative pressure state, and it is energy saving. After the starch is dried by the flash dryer, the water content of starch is between 12% and 14%, which is the standard of the finished product. In order to ensure that the fineness of the finished product meets the requirement of our customer, it is also necessary to pass through the inspection screen to prevent the starch from agglomerating during the tapioca processing plant, thereby ensuring that the final product is qualified.

In the packaging section of tapioca processing plant:
After the starch has approved the inspection, the finished product has been finished. It can be packaged into 25Kg or 50Kg according to the requirements.
Tapioca is mainly cultivated and eaten in tropical regions; it started off in Northern Brazil, but eventually made its way across the South American continent and over to Africa and Asia. Tapioca is a starch extracted from the root. It is used as a thickening agent in many foods. Tapioca is not tolerant of frost and can be grown as annual except in frost free zones or can be overwintered in containers in a sunny protected location indoors.

With the favor of the world's investors in the African market, West African countries have become an obvious investment hotspot of tapioca processing plant. In the past two years, almost all of the investors investing in the developed countries have come from developed countries.
Tapioca starch is the most basic and important processing product. The starch production enterprises are also expanding their investment in adding tapioca starch processing plants. However, the investors' lack of awareness of tapioca processing plant and equipment manufacturers' insufficient attention to technological improvement have hindered their promotion and application in the world to some extent. Therefore, it is necessary to thoroughly study and analyze the current status of the world's tapioca processing plant and provide guidance to consumers.
