Rasper machine for starch processing

Rasper machine is a better choice to used in the cassava flour processing plant. Because peeling cassava by machine is not easy, can't peel very cleanly. Under this situation, adopt rasper can fully crushing cassava tubers into high fineness, not only can rasping its outter peel, but also can rasping its inner peel, then liquid cassava flour through the desanding machine to remove impurities, and because of rasper machine's high crushing degree, so the produced cassava flour is uniform fineness, better taste, high quality.

The working process of rasper: The material enters the rasper machine shell through the upper inlet, and is broken by the impact, shearing and grinding action of the high-speed moving saw blade. The lower part of the rotor is provided with a sieve mesh, and the material of the pulverized material smaller than the mesh size is discharged through the sieve plate. The particles larger than the mesh size are retained on the sieve plate and continue to be struck and ground by the saw blade, and finally discharged through the sieve plate.
