On February 17th, we, Henan Jinrui, received a message on WhatsApp from a Ugandan businessman for cassava processing machines. As a middleman, his role was to source reliable and efficient cassava machines for his clients, who are actively involved in cassava production and processing. He had done his research and identified our company as a potential supplier due to our reputation for delivering durable and high-performance machines.

From the very first conversation, the Uganda client had specific requirements regarding the capacity, efficiency, and durability of cassava processing machines. He also emphasized the importance of after-sales support, spare parts availability, and the inclusion of auxiliary equipment to ensure a complete processing solution.

We provided comprehensive information about our cassava processing machines, including their technical specifications, production capacity, and energy efficiency. Our team also shared case studies and testimonials from other clients in Uganda, showcasing the success of our machines in similar environments. We also agreed on a maintenance period to ensure the cassava processing machines would operate smoothly during the initial phase of deployment. After weeks of thorough discussions and visits, on March 3rd, the Uganda client officially placed an order for our cassava processing machines. We also finalized the logistics and shipping arrangements to deliver the machines to Uganda in a timely manner.
