Exhibition starch extraction equipment introduction:
Starch rasper: Starch rasper is mainly used for grinding and crushing raw materials. The rasper produced by Jinrui is made of food-grade stainless steel, using Swedish SKF bearings and German OPIT belts. The rasper is durable and corrosion-resistant. It can achieve two-way grinding, and the equipment speed can reach more than 2,000 rpm, which can crush materials to the greatest extent. The crushing rate reaches more than 96%, which maximizes the separation of bound starch in the raw materials, thus improving the starch extraction rate.
Centrifugal sieve: Centrifugal sieve is widely used for screening in cassava, potato, and pea starch processing. The raw material slurry crushed by the rasper mill is screened and filtered through a centrifugal sieve to separate out starch, potato residue, and other impurities. The centrifugal sieve produced by Jinrui is made of stainless steel, with a frosted surface, which is corrosion-resistant and eliminates light pollution. The dynamic balance accuracy grade of the centrifugal sieve basket is G6.3, ensuring stable operation of the equipment and high screening efficiency. Moreover, the entire centrifugal sieve is equipped with an automatic control system to ensure the separation effect.
Hydrocyclone station: The hydrocyclone station is used to purify and refine starch to obtain pure and high-quality starch slurry. The hydrocyclone station produced by Jinrui is made of stainless steel, and the cyclone tube is made of high-strength nylon material. The entire hydrocyclone station integrates multiple functions such as concentration, recovery, washing, and protein separation. The process is simple, and the quality of the final starch product is stable, with a starch concentration of 23 Baume degrees.
